Meet our first Customer Success Specialist Stephen Izod! Stephen joins us from Ochre Health where he was the Salesforce Business Administrator. Stephen is an avid football (soccer) fan, enjoys travelling, and is a keen video gamer!


We asked him a few questions…


What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?

As a keen sportsman, I play a lot of football and enjoy a long run with a podcast! I’m also a bit of a gamer, so the Xbox is on a lot of the time…


What would you sing at karaoke night?

Any Ed Sheeran song. He’s my go to.


Tell us something we don’t know about you?

I can’t think of anything! Must be an open book 😉


What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?

YouTube! It has videos to cater to every need!


What is your favorite place to go in Sydney?

Coastal Paths (Coogee to Bondi in particular). Whether walking or running, I love getting out there.


What is your favorite restaurant or go-to food in Sydney?

Go to food is definitely Sushi!


What attracted you to ProQuest?

Aside from the company’s work and expertise, the culture is what stood out for me- I knew I wanted to be a part of it!


What is your favorite part about working at ProQuest so far?

The team, whether it’s been sharing knowledge or grabbing a coffee, everyone has been so welcoming and it’s been a great start to life at PQ
